You can help the blind and visually impaired continue to live a normal life and achieve independence with dignity by supporting the Savannah Association for the Blind, Inc. Annual Fall Bazaar and White Elephant/Thrift Sale- Friday, October 3, 2008 - 9:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.
Savannah Association for the Blind, Inc. is a private, nonprofit 501(c) (3) agency, which has been in existence since 1872. The Mission of agency is to provide quality services and activities, designed to help each person served adjust to a severe vision loss and to function independently at home and in the community. It is the only organization providing comprehensive rehabilitation training for blind and visually impaired individuals in Southeast Georgia.
Beautiful handcrafted gifts for all occasions as well as a variety of slightly used items will be available. The sale will be held at Savannah Association for the Blind, Inc., 214 Drayton Street. (Between Liberty Street and Oglethorpe Avenue - Next to Parkers Market).
