Bell Completes Senior Engineering Design Project

Bell, Sr. a senior electrical engineering major at Howard University and 2002 graduate of Herschel V. Jenkins High School completed his senior engineering design project at the University of Cape Town in Cape Town, South Africa from May 30-July 30. Clarence is the son of Clarence A. Bell, Sr. and Dr. Karen B. Bell of Columbia, Maryland. |
