World Trade Center Savannah hosts Understanding And Managing Incoterms® Seminar


On Thursday, Jan. 29, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., World Trade Center Savannah will host The Understanding and Managing Incoterms ® seminar at World Trade Center Savannah, 131 Hutchinson Island Road. The World Academy, a nationally recognized training organization offering import/ export trade compliance education and training, will lead the seminar.

The seminar will be led by Rennie Alston, CEO of American River International Ltd. Alston is regarded as a premiere customs regulatory expert, licensed customs broker, and global security specialist. He holds more than 30 years of interactive work experience with the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection.

Incoterms® rules are international commercial terms that are widely accepted and help facilitate international trade. Incoterms ® rules clarify the communication of tasks, costs and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods. The seminar will include an overview of international trade and functionalities and proper uses of Incoterms® rules.

Cost for the seminar is $100 per participant. Each participant will receive the Incoterms® handbook.
