Voices for Savannah Survivors of Rape, Domestic Violence, and Murder

You are cordially invited to join us to hear the voices of your constituents on Saturday, January 13th at 2:00 at the Ogeechee Theatre located on Armstrong State University.

We will be holding seats especially for all of our elected officials with your name on the chair; so we hope that you will be able to fill your seat.

This is a non-partisan event so that citizens of Chatham County, Savannah, and environs can raise their voices about personal experiences that involve rape, domestic violence, and murder. Survivor stories are very powerful and we hope that you will honor those experiences that your constituents have had by attending this powerful event.

We have made every effort to accommodate the schedules of all of our elected officials, including those serving in Washington,

DC & Atlanta – to make sure that you will be back in the district for this Saturday event at 2:00 p.m. – we also considered that this time would be best if you had an evening event that same day. We feel very strongly that this is an important event for all elected officials to attend – from our representatives in DC, Atlanta, and local City Council, County Commission, School Board Members, and all others that are elected by the people of Chatham, Savannah, and Environs.
