Union Mission To Serve 300 Donated Thanksgiving Dinners

Union Mission’s Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the Homeless will take place Thursday, November 24, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Union Mission’s Grace House, 120 Fahm Street.

In the spirit of the holidays, Union Mission will serve 300 free Thanksgiving dinners, generously donated by Gulfstream Aerospace, to homeless families and individuals.

The traditional Thanksgiving dinner will feature roasted turkey, mashed potatoes and all the trimmings. Union Mission officials hope the Thanksgiving meal will help brighten the holidays for those in need.
