The Women’s Resource Foundation Wants To Say Thank You!

The Women’s Resource Foundation (WRF) is a non-profit organization that is geared towards helping and improving the lives of homeless women and their children by providing shelter, meals, training, day care, referrals for other agencies, counseling and more.

While WRF receives help from many in the community to make these accomplishments happen, it is with great pleasure to bid a warm greeting and congratulations to the “men of honor” who have supported WRF selflessly. These men set aside their time to help women in need; to assist these women to become mentally, spiritually and financially empowered. Among the men of honor are Curtis Bellnot, in such a short amount of time, you have made great strides and you are invaluable to us; Pastor Barry Bell, a praying man, we truly appreciate you and your uplifting spirituality you give to us through your powerful prayers; Pastor Jeff Eaddy, an outstanding Man of God and praying warrior; Chew Brown, WRF’s contractor. Without Mr. Brown, we would not be able to continue in our efforts to serve those in need; Tim Smith, your assistance does not go unnoticed. You made sure we had all of our required materials to continue this organization and we thank you for that; Ellis Cook, a member of the Metropolitan Planning committee, it is a joy to work with you. Your presence at the daycare centers are always welcomed and we thank you for your kindness; Pete Liakakis, Chairman of the CAT Board, we have so much to thank you for. You are always one phone call away and always ready to assist; Dan Eckards, we thank you for your concerted strengths to make sure our floors were covered and secured for our children. We also appreciate you for the wheels that transport our women and children to their destinations; Michael Hostilo, thank you for your kindness and contributions to WRF; Dave, you may not see yourself playing a significant role in WRF, but your pizza deliveries always put a smile on the children’s faces, and for that we thank you.

Apparently, the mission of these honorable men is to help provide a greater Savannah. They have done a wonderful job and again, we at WRF want to thank you for everything. WRF Director, Linda Johnson
