On Saturday, February 16, 2013, the LG Community Outreach Foundation will present the 2013 Father Daughter Dinner hosted by Lil G of E-93. The event will be held at the Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum, located at 460 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., in the Ballroom beginning at 6:00 p.m. This special event gives fathers an opportunity to spend an evening alone with their daughters of all ages enjoying dinner and dancing. It also strengthens the bond between a father and his daughter.
This elegant affair will include a southern style dinner, entertainment and special guest speakers that will discuss the importance of fathers and daughters having strong healthy relationships. The first Father Daughter Dinner held in 2011 was a huge success with more than 300 fathers and daughters in attendance.
Fathers should come dressed in their nicest suits and daughters in their prettiest dresses. There will be door prizes, a father daughter look-a-like contest, a father daughter dance contest and so much more! There will also be a photographer on site to take pictures and capture this special moment. This is sure to be an evening that the fathers and daughters will not forget!
Tickets can be purchased from Beauty & Beyond located at 628 MLK Jr. Blvd. or they can be reserved by calling (912) 503-7707. Tickets are $20.00 per father and $15.00 per daughter.
