The Savannah Black Heritage Festival will sponsor its 5th Annual Fund Raiser, “Dancing Through the Decades – from the 60’s through the 90’s”. Join us on Friday, January 15, 2016, at the Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum, Dr. Priscilla Thomas Multipurpose Annex, 460 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Savannah, GA, from 8 pm to midnight, You will enjoy another evening of fun, food, frolic and reminiscence. We will dance the night away to the popular songs from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, and Line Dance until…! There will be raffles, door prizes, and awards for Best Period Dress (in 60’S, 70’S, 80’S, or 90’S attire), Best Dancers for each decade, and Best Line Dancers. Tickets are $35.00 per person, or $280.00 for a Reserved Table of 8. Light Hors D’oeuvres’ will be served.
All proceeds from the fund raiser will benefit the festival and help us continue to bring in nationally acclaimed performing artists, lecturers, programs, and visual arts exhibitions free of charge and open to the public
