NAACP Presents: “A Call To Action On Crime, Parole Board Failures”


 
 

The Prison Committee of the Savannah Branch of the NAACP invites the community out to the “A call to action on crime, Parole Board failures; public meeting set for June 30 at Calvary Baptist” hosted by the State Representative Jesse Petrea. Also in attendance will be Distict Attorney Meg Heap, Sheriff John Wilcher, State Rep. Ron Stephens, State Sen. Ben Watson, County Commission Chairman Al Scott and others.

It is imperative that the community shows up to voice it’s concerns and hear the plans of the current DA and State Representative on parole for citizens eligible for early release.
