NAACP Mass Meeting To Be Held


On Sunday, January 25, the Savannah Branch NAACP will hold its monthly Mass Meeting with guest speaker Joseph H. “Jack” Lumpkin, newly-hired Chief of the Savannah/Chatham Metro Police Department. The meeting will be held at St. Paul CME Church, 1601 Barnard Street, Rev. Da’Henri R. Thurmond, Sr., Pastor, at 4 pm.

Chief Lumpkin will outline his vision for Public Safety and the Savannah/Chatham Metro Police Department. There will be a reception immediately following the meeting.
