The Savannah Mu Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated will hold its annual Mardi Gras celebration on Friday, April 26, 2019 in the Savannah Civic Center Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. arena. Doors open at 8pm. Tickets are $30 per ticket / $300 for a table of 10. This is an annual fundraising event held by the chapter for their scholarship initiative.

Mrs. Neoyshi U. Johnson Neoyshi U. Johnson is a native of Johnson City, Tennessee, where she received her undergrad degree from East Tennessee State University, and became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. She received her graduatedegree from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
She has been married to SGM Charles D. Johnson, retired, for 17 years and they have four children. Mrs. Johnson is a 16 year educator for the SCCPSS. She is also a member of Connor’s Temple Baptist Church where she serves has a deaconess, a choir member, and a finance committee member. Mrs. Johnson enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and crime shows.
Ms. Samantha Hutchinson
born in Killeen, TX to Henry & Georgia Hutchinson and was raised in Savannah, GA. Samantha is a 2001 graduate of Sol C. Johnson High School where she was Miss Sol C. Johnson 2001 and participated in cheerleading and the majorette
team. Upon graduating high school, Samantha attended The Fort Valley State University where she graduated Cum Laude with a BBA degree in Accounting and minor in Economics. Samantha later earned her MBA in Finance from Walden University where she recently was honored and inducted into Sigma Alpha Pi, National Society for Leadership & Success.
Ms. Jontia Grace
Jontia Grace is a native of Sylvania, GA. She is the daughter of Mrs. Lettie (Larry) Smith and Mr. Johnny (Sharon) Elmore. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, Albany State University, and Columbus State University. She is currently completing her Doctor of Education degree. Jontia is currently employed with the Bulloch County School System. She is an active member of Alpha Theta Zeta Graduate Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, painting, baking, attending entertainment events, and volunteering to help others.
