On Tuesday morning January 3, 2017 a Mass Swearing In Ceremony was held at the Chatham County Courthouse. The Honorable Michael L. Karpf, Chief Judge presided. Among those sworn in were Superior Court Judges, James Bass, Penny Freesemann and John Morse, Jr. Probate Court Judge Tom Bordeaux, District Attorney Meg Heap, Sheriff John Wilcher Tax Commission Danny Powers. Tammie Mosley was sworn is as Superior Court Clerk.
Tammie Mosley a native of “Savannah received her Law Degree from Drake University and undergrad degree from Morris Brown College and continued onto an illustrious 22 year career as an attorney with 13 years working as a Superior Court Judge Staff Attorney. Tammie’s expertise of the Judicial Systems provides her Innovative and Energetic Vision to how the Chatham County Judicial System can improve the case management processes, record retention and security, case records are readily available, and provide the best customer service to all. Furthermore, Tammie is excellent communicator and consensus builder that will enhance relationships at the State Level to ensure the interests of Chatham County and the Eastern Circuit are always taken into consideration.
