The Delta Alpha Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. held their 5th Annual Southern Style Tea Party on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at the Freshman Living and Learning Center on the campus of Savannah State University. The ladies of the sorority took this to honor women who have made notable strides in their profession, as well as their community. Tanya Milton, Vice President and Advertising Director was the keynote speaker and the recipient of The Community Outreach Award. The theme was “Developing Personally before you can succeed Professionally.” The audience was a group of young, college women and men who are preparing to enter the next phase of their lives and begin professional careers.The ladies of the sorority made their Tea Time Toast and other presentations were made. Kamaria S. Hill, a Senior, Business Marketing major is the President of this chapter.
