Change Of Command Ceremony To Be Held

United States Air Force Lt. Col Reginald D. Wesley, the incoming Commander for the 5th Intelligence Squadron, will have a Change of Command Ceremony on Thursday, the sixteenth of June at 9 a.m. at Freedom Park, Fort Gordon, Georgia.

Lt Col Wesley is a 1993 graduate of Hershel V. Jenkins High School in Savannah, GA and was commissioned through the United States Air Force Academy in May 1998 were he received a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering (Minor in Mandarin Chinese). He attended the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs for a Master’s level Political Science/Chinese Language Immersion Program. After completion of the program then Lt Wesley attended Intelligence Officer School at Goodfellow AFB; He received Masters of Military Operational Art and Science from Air University, Maxwell AFB, Alabama; He also received Masters of Science in Strategic Intelligence from Defense Intelligence Agency’s National Defense Intelligence College, Washington, D.C.

40 year old Lt Col Wesley is married to Melissa

McCullough and has 3 children; Reginald D. Wesley II, Samantha Wesley and Isabell Wesley. He is the Son of Joan Carter Wesley and Reginald L. Wesley with one brother, Keith L. Wesley of Riverdale, GA. He is also the Grandson of Mrs. Martha K. Carter of Savannah, GA.
