Catechism and Ordination Services Held For Minister Paul Smith

Catechism and Ordination Services were held last Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Tremont Temple Missionary Baptist Church for Minister Paul Smith. An Ordination Board presided by Rev. Thurmond N.. Tillman conducted the Catechism.

A native of Savannah, Min. Paul Smith is the son of Rev. James and Sis. Catherine Smith. Believing in life-long learning, he is a graduate of A. E. Beach High School and further ma- triculated and graduate of Savannah State University in 2014, where he obtained a B., A. in Political Science. Currently, he is obtaining a Masters of Divinity degree from the Interdenominational Theological Center; Morehouse School of Religion in Atlanta, Ga.

Rev. James Smith, Father of Min. Paul Smith offered words of encouragement to son who was ordained a Minister in September 2012 by his Oversees Apostle Dr. Idell Cheever and Bishop James Wright, Jr of Pentecostal Miracles of Deliverance Center. He joined Tremont Temple Missionary Baptist Church three years ago under the leadership of Rev. Quentin J. Morris, Sr.

Rev. Clarence Williams, Moderator of the Berean Association and Pastor of New Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church delivered the Ordination Message.

Many of Minister Paul Smith’s family, well wishers along with his Tremont Temple Church family were in attendance for this celebration of elevation God has bestowed on his life.
