Attention Voters

We don’t have much time left before the November 8th General Election where the future of our country will be determined by the person elected to serve as the President of the U. S.,and the persons elected who will make decisions in the U.S. Congress, and on the State and Local government levels that will affect your lives and the lives of your children. There is an Important Amendment on our Georgia Ballot that will affect the access to public education for our children. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE AMENDMENT.

Hurricane Matthew has presented challenges for many of us, but in addition, another major challenge we must now face has been posed by our Georgia Secretary of State Kemp who has refused to extend the October 11th Voter Registration Deadline in Georgia. I must give kudos to Governor Haley in SC. She understands how natural disasters affect everyday lives, and is not adding the extra burden of disenfranchisement to the immediate problems that already exist for the citizens of South Carolina. Since we do not have a “Common Sense” decision coming from our Secretary of State, I ask that you

COMMIT TO A PERSONAL CAMPAIGN. Make your pledge to VOTE and do what you can to GOTV on Nov 8th. IF YOU ARE REGISTERED, EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE AND ACCESS TO THE ABSENTEE BALLOT; EARLY VOTING; AND VOTING AT YOUR PRECINCT ON NOVEMBER 8TH. ENCOURAGE SOMEONE TO VOTE; TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU, AND VOTE!!!
