SCCPSS will host community-wide sessions on Monday, February 5, 2018 at the Whitney Complex, (2 Laura Avenue, Savannah) focused on the alternative pathway to teaching. We know that there are many men and women in Savannah that have college degrees and a desire to teach- but aren’t sure what they need to do to be eligible to apply for teaching positions. Registration for the information session is available at www.teachsavannah.com . The sessions will be held at 8am, Noon, 4pm or 6pm. The “Alternative Pathway to Teaching” session will give clear and concise information regarding the requirements of an alternative (IN4) pathway teaching certificate.
