Spirit of Excellence Awards Producer Presents Check to Economic Opportunity Authority

Estelle Mannion, producer of the Spirit of Excellence Black Business Awards donated a portion of the proceeds from this year’s awards to Mr. John Finney, director of Economic Opportunity Authority (EOA) to be used in assisting those in need of the EOA Emergency Assistance program.
